Ed is responsible for operational management and financial oversight at True Value, ensuring every client experiences a structured, consistent and well coordinated service from start to finish.

He oversees how projects move through the business, making sure architects, planners, surveyors and cost consultants work together efficiently and in alignment. His focus is not on design delivery, but on ensuring the process runs smoothly, timelines are managed and communication remains clear and joined up.

His financial oversight ensures services remain competitively priced and transparent, with clear reporting and strong governance underpinning decision making. He also leads the capture and analysis of property data and historic transaction information, building an evidence base that strengthens advice and supports well informed client decisions.

Calm, methodical, and collaborative, Ed’s role is to ensure that working with True Value feels organised, reliable, and professionally managed at every stage.
