Founder & Director
Harry Clover is an architect and founder of True Value. He established the business after seeing too many buyers make rushed and costly decisions based on untested assumptions about a home’s potential, condition or future value.
With a background in residential architecture, renovation strategy and project visioning, Harry has delivered projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He has also personally undertaken multiple full home renovations, giving him direct experience of the financial pressure, disruption and decision-making complexity involved in improving property. Married with two children, he understands how family priorities, long-term planning and budget realities shape choices about the home.
At True Value, Harry leads business direction, client engagement and early-stage strategy. He works closely with buyers to test assumptions, assess potential and define what is realistically achievable before key decisions are made. He also leads offer strategy and negotiation support, using architectural insight, planning awareness and cost context to frame clear, evidence-led positions that have secured significant reductions for clients where justified.
His role is to ensure ambition is grounded in reality, that risk is properly understood and that buyers move forward with clarity rather than instinct. His combined experience in architecture, renovation and structured negotiation underpins True Value’s approach, giving individuals and families access to joined-up professional insight at the point it matters most.
