True Value Pricing Guide

This pricing guide sets out the typical fees for True Value services and shows how they combine across different stages of a purchase. Select the services to see how costs add up based on your property value and anticipated renovation budget. All clients receive a bespoke written proposal confirming scope and fees. The prices shown here reflect our standard pricing structure and are provided as a guide only.

Property Check

£1,000 fixed fee for properties with a list price under £800,000. For properties over £800,000, a fixed fee of 0.125% of the property value applies.

No Price Reduction No Fee. Only in the case of a successfully negotiated discount - fees are calculated at 10% of the saving achieved from list price.

£1,200 fixed fee for properties with an accepted price under £800,000. For properties above £800,000, the fee is 0.15% of the accepted offer price. If a price reduction is successfully negotiated, an additional fee of 10% of the saving achieved from the accepted offer price applies.
